The helmet was used by the ancient and medieval peoples to protect the soldiers heads. The helmets were bronze and often had crested the top of a horse's tail. Over the years, the plans changed.
Greek helmets
  The older guy was Greek helmet helmet with multiple tracks and panache. It was used until the 7th century. B.C. The Corinthian was simpler. Development of these types were Illyrian. The Corinthian helmet was developed mainly in the ears to listen to the soldiers in battle. The Chalkidoniki leave not only their ears and lips but freely. Between 5th to 2nd century BC. BC uses more the Thracian helmet. Had high top front and protects cheeks.
